How TrackBooks works with AI

Several features (uploading invoices, bills, and bank statements) use AI to read your documents and pre-fill the data for you. TrackBooks follows one firm rule:

AI extracts, you verify

TrackBooks never silently changes your financial figures. AI pre-fills what it reads from a document, then you review and confirm before anything is posted to your books. Always check extracted amounts, tax, and party details on the review screen.

Conventions used in these guides
